Sim Racing Tools With Community-Shared Dashboards, Layouts and Laps

The filter here is a single one: every tool below describes, on its own site, a library of content made and shared by other users that you can pull into the app instead of building from scratch. That covers four kinds of shared content, and each card says which one it carries: dashboard and overlay designs (SimHub's community library for Dash Studio, RaceLab's community-driven layout library, DashPanel's mod.io sharing, SIM Dashboard's community design sharing across its 200+ widgets), reference laps from other drivers (Garage 61's community-shared telemetry and iSpeed's datamart of thousands of uploaded lap files), and voice content (Crew Chief's community voice packs, translations and name personalisations). Tools that ship ready-made content from a single vendor or from paid professional drivers are deliberately not here: Lovely Dashboard's 16+ variants come from its own author, and the pro data packs sold by VRS and Popometer are professional, not community, so none of the three qualify under this filter. Two cautions from the data: Garage 61's reference-lap pool shrinks when top drivers set their data private, and RaceLab's lap-time analysis module is labeled 'Exclusive to iRacing' on its site.
Not a coach — dashboards/hardware only; full features and motion control gated behind separate paid licenses whose prices are not shown on the homepage
iRacing-only, and top drivers can set their data private, shrinking the reference-lap pool; official site states paid tiers are coming (FAQ: 'Will it stay free? Not all of it')
iRacing-only and visibly dated — the official site still lists compatibility as Windows XP through Windows 8, and unlicensed copies show periodic donation prompts
Free demo shows only RPM/speed/gear, full data must be purchased per game, and available channels depend entirely on what each game's developer exposes
Free version is capped at 3 widgets per page, Windows games require a companion PC server app, and many games expose only partial telemetry so some widgets don't work per title
