Sim Racing Tools You Can Buy Once, Without a Subscription

Every tool below has a way to pay once and keep it: its own pricing page lists a perpetual licence, a lifetime plan, a one-time in-app purchase or per-game unlocks, rather than a bill that repeats. That is the whole filter — a tool whose only paid option is monthly or annual is not here, however good it is, and the paid-subscription guide covers those. Several of these sell a subscription alongside the one-time option, so read each card for exactly which parts of the product the single payment unlocks; with the per-game ones, the price you pay depends on how many sims you race.
